Investment Corridors

Connecting regional innovation with national investment

The Investment Corridors are a series of high-impact investor showcase events taking place in  Leeds in early December and in Birmingham and Scotland in January 2026, delivered with support from the UK Government’s Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) as part of the Regional Tech Booster programme.

Following the success of the first Investment Corridor, held in Bristol, the events are designed to connect Series A-ready companies from across the UK with venture funds, corporate investors and business leaders. Each event focuses on a specific regional strength and provides a structured platform for founders and investors to meet, collaborate and explore opportunities for growth.

Activities will include:

Lightning Talks:
Short, high-energy presentations from founders highlighting cutting-edge innovations and market traction.

Reverse Investor Pitching: Investors take the stage to share their focus areas, investment theses and what they look for in potential portfolio companies.

Curated 1:1 Networking:
A pre-matched schedule of meetings designed to connect investors with relevant, high-potential businesses.

Ecosystem Briefing:
A session introducing the host region’s tech ecosystem, showcasing local strengths and investment opportunities.
